Job description


Offering comprehensive in-house design, manufacture and installation services; Bridges Electrical Engineers Ltd., is a trusted high performance and multi-disciplined MEICA engineering technology company with an established and long-term client base. Today we work with a broad range of commercial and industrial clients in the water treatment, quarrying, nuclear and waste recycling sectors.

We are currently recruiting for a FET Administrator to join our Delivery team in Maidstone, Kent.

Duties and Responsibilities

Administration of FET Contract

  • Assisting with maintaining internal project trackers
  • Maintaining and producing weekly labour work plan
  • Electronic filing of completed task documentation
  • Collate and submit completed task documentation to client
  • Production of SLD’s from EICR reports (support/training provided)
  • Production of quotation documents
  • Production of job packs
  • Processing of GRNs
  • Arranging meetings (rooms, people, refreshments)
  • General emails
  • Creating agendas and taking minutes


Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Experience in electrical engineering environment is desirable but not essential
  • Experience in reading and understanding Fixed Electrical Testing project documents (EICR’s / MEIWC / EIC) is desirable but not essential
  • Competency of MS Excel to advanced level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, punctual and highly organized
  • Pride in delivery of work to high standards, set and meet challenging goals
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem solver, methodical approach
  • Ambition and willingness to learn and grow within the company
